Popcorn Labs is operated by Popcorn AI Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation, headquartered in Plano, Texas. This policy covers popcornlabs.ai and the "Request Access" form on this site. It does not cover the separate, contracted terms under which The Equilibrium Platform is delivered to clients.
When you submit the "Request Access" form, we collect the name, institution, email address, and message you provide. Our web hosting provider automatically processes standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and limited service cookies — for hosting, performance, and security. Popcorn Labs does not currently operate a separate analytics platform; if that changes, this policy will be updated to identify it.
Form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate and manage a potential business relationship. Technical visitor data is used to operate, secure, and understand basic usage of the site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use form submissions for advertising.
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate this site and our email (our web hosting provider and our email provider), each bound to handle it only on our behalf. We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
